Bruce is the co-founder, President and CEO of Millennium Consulting. With over two decades of insurance and regulatory experience, Bruce is known throughout the insurance industry for his insurance acumen, leadership, and expertise in insurance accounting and regulatory matters.
Bruce develops educational and training programs that focus on insurance accounting, reporting, regulation, and other insurance related issues for Health, Life, and Property and Casualty companies. He provides regulatory consulting services to insurance clients, regulators, insurance trade associations, and other insurance related entities in the areas of insurance consultation, regulatory compliance, DOI/NAIC representation, Statutory and GAAP accounting and reporting, and risk-based capital.
Prior to establishing Millennium Consulting, Bruce was Vice President of Seminars & Regulatory Consulting for SunGard Insurance Systems and previously, Manager of Financial Regulatory Policy at BlueCross BlueShield Association where he developed and directed activities to further the financial polices of their plans. Before joining the Association, Bruce held positions at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), the North Carolina Department of Insurance, and North Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company.
Bruce has been active throughout his insurance career and has participated and chaired various industry advisory groups related to the development of financial policy and regulation for health organizations. He chaired the industry advisory group that developed the NAIC Health Blank and the industry group responsible for developing the Codification statements pertaining to health entities.
Bruce holds a BS Degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University.

Colleen is the co-founder and Executive Vice President of Millennium Consulting. Colleen's extensive knowledge, experience, and expertise encompass a variety of insurance areas including investments, claims, risk-based capital, and IT systems. She has over a decade of managerial experience with various insurance entities and the NAIC.
Colleen has over two decades of insurance and regulatory experience both from a quasi-regulatory (NAIC) and insurer's perspective. Colleen has managed and directed statutory and GAAP accounting departments for leading managed care organizations; assisted in the establishment of the regulatory consulting service and seminar services division for SunGard Insurance Systems; managed the Property and Casualty Financial Analysis Unit of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC); lead in the development and adoption of Health Risk-Based Capital as a staff member of the NAIC; and developed analytical programs for analysis of reinsurance, investments and Schedule P Analysis.
Prior to establishing Millennium Consulting, Colleen held management positions at Family Health Partners HMO; Coventry Health Care of Kansas City, MO; SunGard Insurance Systems; NAIC; Pinnacle Rehabilitation; and Federated Rural Electric Insurance Company.
Colleen holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Kansas and has an Associate in Insurance Accounting and Finance (AIAF) designation.

Karen is responsible for the oversight of Millennium Consulting's statutory statement and investment outsourcing services. Karen also provides consulting services for insurance clients and assists with seminars.
Karen has over two decades of hands on insurance experience. Prior to joining Millennium Consulting, Karen was Director of Regulatory Reporting for WellPoint. Karen also worked for various Life and P&C Companies like United Capitol Insurance Company, American International Group and Continental Reinsurance Corporation overseeing both GAAP and statutory accounting.
Karen holds a MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Bernard M. Baruch College (City University of New York).

Katrina is an Associate Director at Millennium Consulting and is responsible for providing statutory consulting services to our insurance clients, including preparing and filing statutory financial statements, and providing statutory accounting and reporting guidance to our clients.
Katrina has over 19 years of accounting experience which includes over 12 years of results-oriented, hands-on experience from an insurance company perspective. Prior to joining Millennium Consulting Katrina held a successful management position at Coventry Health Plan of MO where she served as the primary regulatory contact person for all Coventry Health Plans.
Katrina holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.

Brian has over 25 years of insurance industry accounting and reporting, auditing, and consulting experience. Brian’s previous positions include CFO, Controller, Internal Audit Director, Director of Financial Reporting and Compliance, and Senior Manager of Insurance Industry Consulting Services covering Life & Health, Property & Casualty, and Healthcare companies.
Brian holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and has successfully completed the CPA exam. He is also a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.

Jennifer is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at Millennium Consulting. Jennifer provides support to the executive team and facilitates project implementation including seminar planning, contract management, IT systems support including hardware, software and related infrastructure, marketing, accounting, and continuing professional education.
Jennifer has over two decades of administrative experience. Prior to joining Millennium Consulting, Jennifer served as the administrative support for the Executive Director at the Maricopa Association of Governments and also served as the liaison between the director, the mayors and city managers of the 29 local jurisdictions in Maricopa County, Arizona. Over the course of her career, Jennifer has served the likes of Sprint Telecommunications, DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Country Companies Insurance and Gosnell Builders.
